Science and Engineering Expo

We hopped on the metro this morning and headed in to the convention center for the USA Science and Engineering Festival, a great event that comes to DC every other year. Getting there early, we had the welding machines to ourselves... April 27, 2014.

April 27, 2014. There were catapults and lots of 3D printers. (Apparently, we have to get a 3D printer.)

April 27, 2014. And Konnex had a huge space. Not surprisingly, you could purchase Konnex sets and I think they were even set up to sell by the piece should you decide to take your creation home with you (we chose not to). It's cool, but someone else can play with it.
