The weather was great again so we we headed out to Cox Farms. We started by dropping off our pumpkins, more on that later. A quick bite then the rope swings called. Next we headed for a quick slide or two.
After the slides, be headed into the corn maze; it comes complete with a fork in the road.
The line for the big slide was not too long, so we headed there next. There was a lot of trash talk about who was going to win the race to the bottom. I think the photos speak for themselves...
About the pumpkins... They had lots of options for pumpkin disposal. We chose the drop. They collect a group of about 20 or so and take them up as high as the lift will go and then... drop them. They even amplify the thump when they hit to make it even more impressive. In the wide shot on the left, espeically the larger version, you can see one about halfway down its fall.
We topped off the trip with a hay ride, always fun there with river crossing, aliens, witches and even a tunnel.
