There has been some interest from some guests in staying longer and we've been asked about other hotels and rates. While we are not recommending any of those below David did call hotels that seemed like they would be resonable and asked for rates on single and double rooms for November 29th. Please use these only for guidence; your milage may vary (for example the Rossylyn Courtyard rate from the front desk ranges from 79 weekends to 144 weekdays -- the 64 quoted may not be available for long and likely wouldn't apply after Sunday).

Also, please be aware we have not checked out all of these hotels. The Embassy Suites Old Town we like, the Holiday Inn Old Town is also nice; the Best Western looks OK (very much the classic motel) but isn't very accessable to metro; the Hiltons and Hyatts are safe bets and the Pheonix Park seem fine from the outside, though perhaps a bit loud; the Morrison House has a good reputation; the Days Inn says they have a shuttle to metro.
