If you mention you are attending the Zapolsky - Williams wedding (and reserve by October 25th), you will get the wedding rate of $99 for a King or $119 for two twins. All accommodations are at least two-room suites and full breakfast is included in the price of the room. Those of you who might want to share a suite, let us know and we'll keep a list of others looking for roommates.

From points South:
Take 95 North to 395 North. Take exit 5--King Street (Rt. 7) and go East on King Street 2.9 miles. After you pass under the railroad tracks, turn right at the confusing intersection of King, Commonwealth and Daingerfield and stay in the far right lane. Continue to turn right (making a very broad U-turn) onto Diagonal. Go past the stop sign and the entrance to the Embassy Suites is on the left. The hotel is across the road from the King Street Metro Station.
From points North:
Follow 95 South (Beltway/495 East) across the (likely to be under construction) Woodrow Wilson bridge over the Potomac. The first exit in Virginia is for Route 1 and the George Washington parkway; take the middle option, Route 1 North. After .6 miles, turn left on Duke Street. After .6 miles (and passing the King Street Station Office Complex on the right), turn right onto Diagonal Road. Go past the light and the entrance to the Embassy Suites is on the right. The hotel is across the road from the King Street Metro Station.
From points West:
Take 66 East to exit 75 (110 South) just before the bridge into DC. Follow 110 2.3 miles (pass the Pentagon) and stay in the center lane. After passing under 395, you will merge with Route 1 headed South. After 4.2 miles (having gone through Crystal City and by National Airport) you will get to King Street (Rt. 7); turn right. After 7 blocks and before you go under the railroad tracks (about .4 miles), at the confusing intersection of King, Commonwealth and Daingerfield, turn left passing between the concrete lane dividers and into the right lane of Dangerfield. Turn right immediately onto Diagonal Road. Go past the stop sign and the entrance to the Embassy Suites is on the left. The hotel is across the road from the King Street Metro Station.

Walking is an option weather permitting. Taxis will be plentiful and the hotel van will be an option. To drive, exit the hotel and turn right on Diagonal Road. Go through one stop sign, through 1 light, and at the second stop sign, turn right on King Street. Proceed down King Street 7 blocks (.5 miles) to Patrick Street (Rt. 1 North). Turn left on Patrick Street and turn right on Oronoco Street 4 blocks (.3 miles) later. The Boyhood Home (number 607) is 3.5 blocks down Oronoco on the left side of the street. On-street and lot parking will be available. (Walkers will enjoy staying on King Street a couple more blocks and turning left onto Washington Street then right on Oronoco 4 blocks later.)
