There was a whole lot of sliding going on today. We picked up Romeo and Marijatta and headed to Cox Farms for the fall festival. This year, with the new school schedule, we went on a holiday: Columbus Day. We were there early and ready to leave by the time the lines were getting long.
We found curvey slides and straight slides. Slides that started from the front of buildings. Slides that started from the side of buildings. Long slides. And short slides.
In addition to slides, we discovered hay and pumpkins and even a stage to play on.
Somewhat surprisingly, we even managed to run into Sue and Evan (at one of the slides). Robert and Romeo and Evan shared a climbing train for a while (while some of us ate lunch). We even rediscovered the spooky, volcano slide (last year the smoke machine was not in such fine form).
