We ventured away from our usual Butler's Orchard or Cox Farm and head to
Great Country Farms for our pumpkin picking this year.
The didn't have a pumpkin cannon but they did have "P-Rex" who liked to eat pumpkins --
and then had to have his teeth flossed with a little help from the audience.

It took a while to get around to actually picking a pumpkin what with the dinosaurs, mazes, slides, etc.
They had two covered slides, a single barrel and then the double barrel, for racing fun. Sarah one this heat.
The giant pumpkin pillow was lots of fun, but I think Robert's favorite was the corn bin. Like a sand box, but
filled with corn. It took awhile to get him to move on from that.

Eventually, we did get away to the pumpkin patch -- a short tractor ride away. We picked out a pumpkin for the
family, then one for each of us (and one for Zip Drive so he wouldn't feel left out).

Then we discovered a vineyard literally across the road. We didn't stay there to sample but did pick up a couple
bottles to bring home. A little overpriced but not bad.
