It’s like this see….
Robert wanted to put his mittens on and with their clips and the way he was holding his hands, it really was easier for him to put the right mitten on the left hand. He did have a little help putting the left mitten on the right hand…. He was pretty amused to realize he had gotten himself into a trap with his hands tied in a cross in front of him by the mitten clips.
Just a way to keep his parents entertained on the commute home.

I think Robert looks a little puzzled, but not upset by the situation with his mittens and hands. He is a pretty laid back kid! Grandpa says, 'Neat!'
